Holidays, weather, events, out of stock items, sales, or UPS shipping facility delays can create a backup.
Once you receive an order, you have 10 days to inspect the product for any damage or any ‘missing’ components. After 10 days, the customer is responsible for the cost of any missing or damaged components and shipping. We offer a 30-day Return Policy on products. All products are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned complete with all components that have not been installed or damaged. Missing or damaged components may only receive a partial refund, or no refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please contact us for any questions regarding returns or to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
