Return Policy

Dig’s Rod Shop would like you to shop with confidence. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the item within 30 days from the date received for an exchange, store credit, or credit depending on the products condition. After the 30 days we will handle it case by case.

Shipping Is Not Refundable

Return Merchandise Authorization Numbers are valid for 30 days. After 30 days customers must request and have a new Return Merchandise Authorization Number approved.

Defective Items

In the event an item arrives in an unacceptable condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, Dig’s Rod Shop will go above and beyond to resolve the issue. Follow our Return Procedure to easily handle any returns.

Damaged Items

Dig’s Rod Shop appreciates the common carriers.  However, in the event a package appears damaged during shipping, please take pictures of everything and contact us to get it taken care of.


Items in new condition (including original packaging, paperwork, hardware, and instructions) may be returned for exchange. No restocking fee will be charged on exchanges. The customer is responsible for the original shipping charge.


Dig’s Rod Shop does not manufacture any of the products they carry and therefore does not imply nor offer any warranty on them. All product warranties if any, implied have been done so at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need warranty assistance on any product you’ve purchased, please contact the manufacturer directly.
